Recognition highlights Argano’s innovation and client partnership with Team Horner

Team Horner manages a diverse portfolio of domestic brands, including HornerXpress, HornerXpress Worldwide, AquaCal AutoPilot, Lo-Chlor, TropiClear, TileXpressions, and StoneHardscapes, and its rapid growth began to strain legacy ERP & reporting systems. To accelerate its digital transformation and be AI-ready, Team Horner turned to Argano for an end-to-end systems modernization initiative.
Argano implemented a near-total Microsoft ecosystem across Team Horner’s operations, including Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, along with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Argano Data Insights, a proprietary analytics accelerator. The solution also introduced a new e-commerce platform and embedded organizational change management to ensure adoption.

Reporting that once took weeks is now available live on mobile devices, providing operators and leaders with near real-time insights to guide decisions. The company has reduced unsold inventory by 10% and automated much of its procurement activities through Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, lowering costs, returning cash to the business, and improving alignment with customer demand. Customers can now manage accounts and place orders through a self-service portal, while field service operations have become significantly more efficient, with new customer service representatives fully trained and ready to serve clients in just two weeks instead of two months.
The award comes as Argano continues a period of rapid growth, completing six strategic acquisitions over the past six months and expanding its client portfolio across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.
