Argano Introduces AI-Powered Sales Order Proofing and Data Quality Agents for Organizations Using Microsoft Business Applications

AI agents embedded in operational workflows improve order accuracy and protect margin, while establishing trusted data foundations for AI.

Plano, TX – June 24, 2026 – Argano, a Global Specialist Consultancy exclusively focused on the design and delivery of high-performance business operations with an AI-forward approach to transformation, today announced two new intelligent agents for organizations using Microsoft business applications: the Sales Order Proofing Agent and the Data Quality Agent.

Designed to embed AI directly into operational workflows, the agents help organizations move beyond isolated AI experimentation and apply intelligence where work is actually performed. The Sales Order Proofing Agent validates dealer purchase orders against sales orders within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management lifecycle, while the Data Quality Agent improves the integrity and consistency of master data across customers, contacts, vendors, and products.

“AI agents create the greatest value when they are embedded directly into core business processes,” said Chip Register, Group CEO of Argano. “With these new agents, we are helping clients apply AI to two areas that materially impact enterprise performance: order accuracy and trusted data. Together with Microsoft, we are enabling organizations to reduce manual effort, strengthen operationalcontrols, and establish the data foundation required to scale AI across the enterprise.”

The Sales Order Proofing Agent automates the validation of external dealer purchase orders against internally generated sales orders, evaluating structured order data against business rules and contractual requirements. The agent identifies discrepancies in product configuration, pricing, quantities, and terms before order confirmation, helping organizations reduce manual reconciliation, minimize downstream fulfillment issues, protect margin, and improve on-time, in-full delivery performance.

The Data Quality Agent helps organizations proactively identify, resolve, and enrich master data across fragmented enterprise environments. Pulling data from Microsoft Dataverse and extending into Microsoft Fabric, the agent uses intelligent matching and reasoning capabilities to detect duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete records, while recommending corrective actions and record consolidation opportunities. Over time, the solution continuously improves by embedding the intelligence of human-in-the-loop feedback from stewards. By improving data quality and consistency, the agent helps organizations establish a more trusted foundation for reporting, analytics, automation, and future AI initiatives.

The agents are designed for business and technology leaders responsible for order management, supply chain operations, finance, customer service, master data management, analytics, and governance. By focusing on targeted, high-value operational workflows, Argano helps organizations deploy AI in ways that improve cycle times, reduce rework, strengthen decision-making, and drive more predictable business outcomes.

“We work with some of the largest companies in the U.S. to modernize outdated operational platforms using Microsoft technologies,” said Lee Fields, Global Commercial Lead of the Microsoft Business Unit at Argano. “Sales Order Proofing and Data Quality address two common challenges that create significant downstream impact: order exceptions that disrupt fulfillment and poor data quality that limits trust in reporting, automation, and AI. These agents provide clients with a practical way to embed AI directly into the  operational processes their teams execute every day.”

“Organizations are looking for practical ways to apply AI to core business processes and deliver measurable operational impact,” said Bryan Goode, Corporate Vice President of Business Applications and Agents at Microsoft. “Partners like Argano play an important role in helping customers bring Microsoft AI and business application capabilities into the flow of work, from improving order accuracy to strengthening the trusted data foundations needed for AI at scale.”

The announcement builds on Argano’s continued momentum in Microsoft business applications and AI-enabled operations, further strengthened by recent acquisitions including Netlogistik and Real Dynamics. Together, these investments expand Argano’s Dynamics 365 expertise and global delivery capabilities, supporting complex transformations across industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, and other supply chain-intensive sectors.
