Argano Increases Investment in SAP to Help Enterprises Connect Systems and Unlock Value Across Complex Operations

Investments in Netlogistik, Advantco, and APM, along with the creation of an SAP Delivery Center in Mexico, strengthen Argano’s ability to help enterprises connect SAP across logistics, integration, project execution and business transformation

Plano, TX – April 28, 2026 – Argano, the world’s first and largest Global Specialist Consultancy exclusively focused on the design and delivery of High-Performance Business Operations with an AI-forward approach to transformation, today announced the expansion of its SAP business unit with investments in Netlogistik, Advantco, and American Process Management (APM). These moves are the start of Argano’s broader investment strategy, with Argano expecting to complete additional investments by the end of summer as the company expands its SAP capabilities and delivery reach. Together, these investments and the creation of an SAP Delivery Center in Mexico expand Argano’s unparalleled support of enterprises, enabling direct connection to SAP at scale.

For many businesses, SAP serves as the operational backbone. Realizing value at scale, however, depends on more than the technology itself. Success hinges on how well SAP connects across warehouse operations, transportation networks, customer-facing systems, financial workflows, and project environments—and on whether the business has the right processes, change readiness, and industry insight to sustain performance. Argano helps clients close that gap by combining deep SAP expertise with integration, logistics, analytics, business process management, organizational change management, and SAP Signavio capabilities to design high-performance operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.

“SAP is a critical platform for many of our clients, but software alone does not create business value,” said Chip Register, Group CEO of Argano. “What sets Argano apart is our ability to connect SAP to the realities of enterprise operations across supply chain, integration, and project execution. Our investments in Netlogistik, Advantco, and APM reflect a deliberate strategy to strengthen the capabilities clients need to turn SAP into stronger business performance, and we expect to add more investments by the end of the summer to further expand that value.”

“We value partners that invest meaningfully in helping commercial customers unlock the full value of SAP as they make critical technology decisions,” said Scott Whitten, Chief Partner Officer, SAP Americas. “Argano’s continued growth in SAP and expanding delivery capabilities across the Americas help customers choose SAP with confidence and accelerate time to value."

Netlogistik expands Argano’s SAP logistics capabilities by bringing deep expertise in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Development & Integration on SAP BTP, as well as broader logistics modernization through the integration of RF and AGV technologies. Argano is also opening a nearshore SAP Delivery Center in Mexico and extending Argano’s delivery presence across North America and Latin America. This expanded footprint strengthens Argano’s ability to support SAP clients with high-quality resources aligned to the same time zones and regional operating models across the Americas. These capabilities help clients improve real-time visibility, streamline warehouse and transportation operations, and build more agile supply chains across complex environments.

Advantco expands Argano’s enterprise connectivity capabilities with a portfolio of pre-built SAP adapters that reduce the need for custom development across complex, multi-system environments. Advantco offers more than 25 SAP adapters—including 15 on the SAP Store—that automate data flows, improve interoperability, and accelerate integration across enterprise systems. Built on SAP’s integration platforms, these adapters address integration scenarios that are not natively supported—or where standard SAP tools require workarounds or custom code that must be maintained on an ongoing basis. Argano also leverages these capabilities to support clients migrating from SAP Process Orchestration to SAP Integration Suite, helping simplify architectures and streamline transitions, while establishing a stronger foundation for AI-enabled transformation.

APM adds capital program governance and project portfolio management capabilities that extend the value of SAP data for capital-intensive organizations. APM brings experience supporting complex, large-scale programs across industries such as manufacturing, energy and infrastructure. These capabilities strengthen Argano’s ability to help clients manage environments that span SAP and complementary systems, enabling greater visibility into project financials, improved forecasting and stronger control across the full capital program lifecycle.

Together, these capabilities expand Argano’s ability to support clients across a broader set of SAP priorities, from logistics modernization and enterprise integration to project visibility and performance improvement. With the addition of Advantco, APM and Netlogistik, Argano is also expanding its capabilities across adjacent platforms and technologies, with additional developments to come later this year.
