Laura-Elizabeth Ware is a Senior Vice President of North America Applications for the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, PeopleSoft/E- Business Suite, and leads the daily business and sales operations for North America HCM. She has over 25 years of HCM industry experience and came to Oracle through its acquisition of PeopleSoft, where she started as a software developer and transitioned into leading multiple global HR implementations for Federal/DOD, Education and Healthcare, and Fortune 50 customers. She has also held multiple leadership roles leading Oracle's solution engineering team and Executive Sponsor on our largest HCM Clients.
