The Solution

From this roadmap, Argano helped simplify and streamline SAIC’s use of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Planning, Freeform, and Enterprise Data Management.

The Results
The planning solution that Argano redesigned allowed SAIC to move from a primarily offline labor planning process into an online standard driver-based model. Not only did it reduce manual errors, but it also meant the company could retire multiple legacy applications, and the finance and internal admin teams were enabled to fully support and maintain the system.
