Data Cloud integration with Azure SQL: Argano integrated Data 360 with the organization's Azure SQL database, creating a unified data layer aggregating policies, program details, and procedures from 180 institutions into a single, searchable repository.

Agentforce configuration for intelligent query handling: Argano configured Agentforce 360 to interpret agent inquiries, identify university context, and retrieve institution-specific information in real time, acting as an intelligent co-pilot that surfaces precise data needed to answer student questions.

Phased rollout and iterative expansion: The implementation followed a deliberate, risk-mitigated approach. Argano piloted the solution with a small group of up to 10 frequently asked questions across a select subset of universities, validating accuracy and refining the system before expanding.
