The conversations at the Disney Data & Analytics Conference (DDAC) 2026 reinforced something we see across organizations every day: enterprises are not short on data, technology, or AI ambition. The bigger challenge is connecting them in a way that drives faster decisions and measurable business outcomes.

From September 14–16 in Orlando, the Argano Connect team joined data, analytics, technology, and business leaders at DDAC 2026 to exchange ideas on how organizations can move beyond experimentation and build the connected foundations required to turn Data & AI into action.

Our message throughout the event was simple:

Turn Data & AI Into Decisions.

Turn Decisions Into Action.

From More Data to Better Decisions

Organizations have invested heavily in cloud platforms, analytics, integration, automation, and now generative and agentic AI. Yet adding another technology does not automatically create a more intelligent enterprise.

Data may still sit across disconnected applications. Integration architectures may struggle to keep pace with the business. Analytics can tell teams what happened without necessarily helping them determine what to do next. And AI initiatives can quickly expose underlying issues with data quality, governance, accessibility, and context.

That is why the conversation is shifting.

The question is becoming less about “How much data do we have?” and more about “How effectively can we turn our data into decisions and those decisions into action?”

AI Readiness Starts With the Foundation

AI was naturally a major part of the conversations at DDAC, but one theme is increasingly clear: AI readiness begins with data readiness.

Enterprise AI needs trusted, accessible, contextualized data. It also needs the integration and cloud foundation that allows intelligence to flow into the applications, processes, and workflows where people actually make decisions.

This is where organizations need to think beyond individual AI use cases and consider the broader architecture required to operationalize AI at scale.

At Argano Connect, that means bringing together capabilities across:

  • Enterprise Integration
  • Data Platform Modernization
  • Decision Intelligence Solutions
  • Agentic AI Services
  • Multicloud
  • Custom Applications

Together, these capabilities help organizations create a more connected, AI-ready enterprise—one where data can move more effectively across the business and intelligence can translate into meaningful action.

Moving From Analytics to Decision Intelligence

Another important evolution is the move from traditional analytics toward Decision Intelligence.

Dashboards and reports remain important, but business leaders increasingly need more than visibility. They need the ability to identify what is changing, understand why it matters, determine the appropriate response, and act quickly.

Decision Intelligence connects data, analytics, AI, business context, and workflows to help close the gap between insight and action.

Instead of stopping at “What happened?”, organizations can begin addressing more valuable questions:

Why did it happen? What is likely to happen next? What should we do about it? And how can we operationalize that decision?

That progression represents an important step toward the intelligent, connected enterprise.

Connecting Technology to Business Outcomes

One of our biggest takeaways from DDAC is that the conversation around Data & AI continues to mature.

The focus is increasingly moving beyond individual technologies toward outcomes: faster decisions, better customer experiences, improved operational efficiency, greater agility, and the ability to scale innovation.

That requires more than deploying AI or modernizing a data platform in isolation.

It requires connecting data, applications, integration, cloud, analytics, AI, and business processes around the outcomes the organization is trying to achieve.

That connected approach is central to how Argano helps organizations move toward high-performance operations.

Continuing the Conversation Beyond DDAC

Thank you to everyone who connected with the Argano Connect team at DDAC 2026. The discussions around data modernization, integration, analytics, AI readiness, and Decision Intelligence reinforced how quickly this space is evolving—and how much opportunity exists for organizations that can connect these capabilities effectively.

DDAC may have concluded, but the work of turning enterprise data and AI investments into measurable business value continues.

Turn Data & AI Into Decisions. Turn Decisions Into Action.

If we didn't get an opportunity to connect at DDAC, we'd welcome the conversation. Explore how Argano Connect can help build the connected data, integration, cloud, and AI foundation needed to move from insight to action. Visit us at www.argano.com.
