Chip Register is Argano’s CEO, responsible for providing end-to-end digital solutions to help clients transform business operations and optimize their competitive position.

Previously, Chip served on the Executive Board of Publicis Groupe, one of the three largest media and communications holding companies in the world, and Co-CEO of Publicis. Sapient, its digital transformation division. He joined Publicis Groupe when it acquired Sapient Corporation in 2015. At Sapient, he was CEO of Sapient Consulting, one of its two operating divisions focused on industry-led consulting and IT services.

In 2010, he was named one of the Top 25 Consultants in the World by Consulting Magazine.

Chip also serves on several Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards for companies innovating enterprise and consumer technologies and services.

Kent Herring

Chief Financial Officer

Kent Herring is Argano’s CFO, responsible for financial oversight of the Argano enterprise.

He possesses 34 years of experience and a successful track record of results-driven shareholder value. His passion that technology adoption is pivotal in providing a data-driven view of the enterprise is an integral part of the Argano mission.

In his previous organization, Kent was an essential part of a rapid growth period whereby the company grew 20x over a 6-year period. He empowered creative solutions, while balancing risk and financial exposure. Kent was recognized for leading his company through multiple acquisitions with the 2017 Caren Franzini CFO Hall of Fame Award. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Priya Krishnan

Chief People Officer

Priya Krishnan is the CPO for Argano, responsible for leading the Global People Strategy. 

She has developed a culture of innovation to attract and retain expert staff that drive Argano’s vision of “fulfilling the promise of the Digital Renaissance for all”. Priya believes that people are the heart and soul of successful organizations, and she takes accountability for the personal growth of Argano’s team. As her #1 priority, she implements development programs to maximize employee engagement and advancement. She is also an advisor to a local university. Priya holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Sri Ayyeppen is Argano’s Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing business development, operations, delivery, and strategy. Sri was formerly President and Co-Founder of Keste for 16+ years, leading the development of revolutionary digital commerce and business transformation solutions.

Sri was recognized for his leadership in digital transformation as the 2014 Dallas Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and Minority Business Leader. In 2012, he was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Sri is a member of the YPO North Texas chapter and is a board advisor for Foodbot.ai, an early-stage startup for retail AI solutions. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras, India.

Jenny Hughes

Chief Culture Officer

Jenny Hughes is the Chief Culture Officer for Argano, responsible for creating a workplace ethos of innovation and inspiration.

Jenny has managed various shared services functions during her 9-year tenure with InterRel. She has been consistently recognized for broad contribution and leadership.

Previously, she was a Professor at Grande Prairie Regional College in Alberta, Canada where she taught in the School of Business for 3 years.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cameron University.

Debb Kenworthy

Chief Marketing Officer

Debb Kenworthy is Argano’s CMO, responsible for building the Argano brand and marketing strategy to align positioning in support of the organization's growth objectives across Argano.  

She has extensive experience leading global teams in executing integrated, results-driven marketing programs. Debb is a master at effective corporate communications in the technology industry. Her strong background includes expertise in various aspects of business, including product development, service operations management, procurement, consulting, sales, and project management.  

Elizabeth Frederic

Chief Legal Officer

Elizabeth Frederic is Argano’s Chief Legal Officer, responsible for leading initiatives around corporate compliance and risk management, as well as legal oversight on all corporate and general business matters.

Prior to joining Argano, Elizabeth served as the Assistant General Counsel at Paycor, Inc. and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in all facets of building and operating a corporate legal department. This includes extensive experience in providing counsel to executive-level management on legal compliance related to sales, finance, operations, HR, data privacy and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.

Mark Hermans

Chief Operating Officer

Mark Hermans is Argano’s COO, responsible for working with the Leadership Team to design and implement the future state operating model, business processes, and technology platform for Argano. 

He has proven abilities in leading and driving change, implementing systems and technology, building effective management teams, and guiding ongoing focus on key initiatives during periods of constant growth in technology-based companies. Mark has strong industry experience in both professional services and manufacturing. 

Mark is passionate about mentoring and coaching students from local MBA and Operations Management programs. 

Tim Harris

Chief Strategy Officer

Tim Harris is Argano’s CSO, responsible for working with the Leadership Team to drive strategic planning for Argano overall.

His experience in developing and implementing sales, marketing and alliance management strategies that help drive growth and strengthen client relationships is unmatched. Tim’s successful track record of developing strategies for fast-growing organizations, as well as his deep experience in the services industry, provides him with a unique perspective that aligns very well with Argano’s goals and vision.

Tim has been a volunteer for BWG for several years.

Charlotte McCormick

President, Argano 4 Microsoft

Charlotte McCormick is President of Argano 4 Microsoft responsible for all aspects of go-to-market, sales, delivery and strategic direction for growing the Microsoft business.

She brings over 15+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to global clients. Her passion is leading high performing teams with an intense focus on providing value to clients through strategic and innovative implementations leveraging the entire Microsoft ecosystem. Charlotte has experience across many industries with particular depth in manufacturing, distribution, life sciences and automotive.  

Todd Griffith

President, Argano 4 Oracle

Todd Griffith is President of Argano 4 Oracle, responsible for all aspects of go-to-market, sales, delivery, and strategic direction of the Oracle business.

Todd brings 25+ years of implementing and optimizing Oracle ERP experience to global clients. After implementing Oracle ERP as a client, he founded GRT Business Solutions, an Oracle ERP consultancy with a focus on the engineering & construction industry. GRT was acquired by CSS International, which later became part of Argano. While at CSS, Todd founded and led the Managed Services team, made up of senior-level consulting talent dedicated to providing client solutions around Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, and Oracle on-premises applications.

Lou Pahountis is President of Argano 4 SAP, responsible for all aspects of go-to-market, sales, delivery, and the strategic direction of the SAP business. He brings 30+ years of consulting experience for delivering improved business performance. Lou has held executive roles in large global manufacturing companies where he led operations while driving transformative change and tactical operational and financial outcomes. His experience includes senior leadership and P&L responsibility for global consulting teams in the areas of data analytics, SAP solutions, application management services, BPS, and business consulting. He has been an advisor, visionary, and subject matter expert to companies across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, forest products, chemicals, metals, mining, transportation, and industrial manufacturing. Lou holds master’s degrees in engineering and business. He has worked in more than 70 countries around the globe. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

Matt Muns

President, Strategic Industry Group

Matt Muns leads Argano's Strategic Industry Group that is focused on federal government, aerospace and defense, and other regulated industries. He is a seasoned technology and consulting entrepreneur and executive with extensive knowledge in international business, contracting, law, and business process improvement. Matt has hands-on experience managing complex businesses and engagements within the aerospace and defense, power, oil and gas, and mining industries, as well as with the U.S. government. He started his career as a corporate attorney before transitioning into managing professional services businesses. Before joining Argano, Matt co-founded MDCC Holdings and served as President at AGR. He serves on several advisory boards for emerging defense, space, and business technology companies.

Patrick Noonan

Global Head of Corporate Development

Patrick Noonan is the Global Head of Corporate Development at Argano, overseeing the company’s strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Patrick is responsible for target origination, financial due diligence on all M&A acquisition targets, management of the third-party and internal diligence teams, and negotiating acquisition purchase agreements. As an executive leadership team member, he acts as the corporate liaison for Argano’s private equity (PE) partners and manages many of the company’s investor and lender relationships.

Patrick has more than a decade of investment banking, business, and M&A experience with expertise in strategic planning. He was previously with a PE-backed technology company and Motorola’s largest global partner. While there he closed 35 acquisitions and had two successful exits to private equity firms. Previous to that, he was an investment banker focused on technology-enabled business services. Patrick holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.

Frank Schettino

Frank Schettino is Argano’s COS, responsible for being a strategic thought partner to leaders across the organization and will ensure that we are carrying out the objectives of Argano in a way that is aligned with our purpose and values.   

Frank brings diverse global leadership experience in building and transforming organizations. He is a passionate and collaborative leader with strong professional skills in Executive Development, Talent Management, Coaching, Cross-functional Team Leadership, Culture and Strategy. 

Frank has spent more than 10 years volunteering with youth sports initiatives in his area.

Howard Moore

Co-founder, Keste

Howard Moore brings more than 30 years of technology consulting experience. In 2004, he co-founded Keste and was appointed Chief Executive Officer, managing business development and global operations. Prior to leading Keste, Howard was an executive for EADS (parent company of AirBus) where he built a shared services platform for North America and led efforts in Europe to restructure the global IT operations for the company’s communications division. He also founded ALTURA, a business process outsourcing company focused on critical employee-based processes for multi-unit operations. Howard has been recognized as finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and currently serves on Oracle’s Executive Partner Advisory Board. Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Software Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Edward Roske

Founder, InterRel

Edward Roske is Chief Performance Officer. He is responsible for all aspects of Enterprise Performance Management and FP&A, including planning, consolidation, reporting, analysis - anything that involves taking a number and doing something with it. He believes strongly in making Argano a data-driven organization that uses information to make better business decisions faster.

In 1997, Edward cofounded and then was CEO of ArganoInterRel Consulting, a five-time Oracle EPM & Analytics partner of the year. In addition to having a Master of Data Science in Business Analytics from SMU, he is the co-author of the bestselling book series Look Smarter than You Are with Hyperion. Edward is also an Oracle ACE Director, the highest distinction Oracle offers and has been awarded “Speaker of the Year” at the largest Oracle BI/EPM Conference in the world.
