Course Description:
This one-day hands-on course will give you the tools you need to quickly get up to speed on Task Manager, the EPM tool which allows you to define, execute and report on the interdependent activities within your Business Process, with centralized monitoring of all tasks for visible, automated, repeatable task execution with a full audit trail. The class will provide hands-on workshops on how to build a task schedule and execute tasks in the schedule as an End User. The course will also cover the use of seeded reports and dashboards for process monitoring.
