DALLAS September 23, 2021 – Argano announced on September 13th, 2021 that Elizabeth Frederic joined its platform as Vice President and General Counsel. Elizabeth resides in Park Hills, KY. As Vice President and General Counsel, she will be reporting to Argano Chief Financial Officer, Kent Herring.
Elizabeth will be responsible for leading Argano initiatives around corporate compliance and risk management, as well as legal oversight on all corporate and general business matters.
Prior to joining Argano, Elizabeth served as the Assistant General Counsel at Paycor, Inc. and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in all facets of building and operating a corporate legal department. This includes extensive experience in providing counsel to executive-level management on legal compliance related to sales, finance, operations, HR, data privacy and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.
